Mirror, mirror on the wall

My whole life I wanted A LOT of mirrors and never had the space. I wanted one full length mirror in my bedroom (because Instagram OOTD, y`all know the drill!), one full-length on the entry hallway  and a lot of smaller ones. Living in a small space with three other family members it was just not practical to waste so much space with mirrors.

But now... oh boy!

I already bought one huge full-length mirror for my bedroom and I have a "tiny" mirror wishlist waiting to be bought.

Why this obsession? Because I feel that a mirror can change a space so, so much. It can make it feel bigger, more open and it can distribute light so well. Even if your room is not that well lit, a strategically placed mirror can change the light in a room! Add at least one white wall and you are the winner of a new bright room, my friend.

For my apartment I envision a medium sized round mirror in the living room placed opposite to my windows. In this way the light will go directly in the mirror and then evenly distribute in rest of the room. Eh... it actually seems that I did pay attention in physics class. I`m not sure yet, but I might do a gallery wall and maybe I will integrate smaller, oddly shaped mirrors. I think it would look somehow... cool. But not sure yet.

In the bedroom I will have the huge full-length mirror and I want to put a smaller one on my desk for when I`m doing my makeup and I kinda love this one and this one from Ikea. TBD which one I will choose.

And lastly, for the entry hallway I want a full-length one and in the bathroom I want to put mirrors on the storage space above the sink and the toilet. So yeah... this is my "mirror plan" and now I will leave you with some photos I found on the Internet and loved.
